光膠、啞面、開窗工藝是2007年新研發的一種印后表面處理新工藝，將印刷后的彩質表面過光膠，用我司自製設計製造的設備表面處理成局部啞面效果，區別于局部UV工藝，但效果同啞面材質上過局部UV類似，並無任何異味。

本工藝的幾大特色為:可以在材質表面凸顯任何複雜的透明色圖案；在紙製品的中心部位開窗口，整張材質過膠膜；或者將光學透鏡塑膠片貼压于紙製品的開窗口処，使内裝的產品有特殊的視覺效果，尤其可以增加新型產品的吸引力！
